Directions from the M25 (heading away from Heathrow Airport)

Exit Junction 10 for the A3. Exit the A3 at Tolworth (final exit signposted for Epsom). Follow the road straight through for two miles. Straight over a mini-roundabout to the next set of lights go straight through these lights to the next set of lights and turn left into Cheam Road, passing the Toby Carvery on the left-hand side. Go under the small railway bridge (Ewell East Railway station on right hand side) and Banstead Road will be the next right hand turn next to some playing fields. Follow this road for approximately one mile and 159 Banstead Road is on the left-hand side, after Cuddington Way. Please pull onto the drive, as the road can be very busy.

Directions from the M25 (heading away from Gatwick Airport)

Exit at Junction 8 for Sutton and Reigate. Take the third exit and join the A217 for Sutton. Follow this all of the way to the Kingswood roundabout and take the third exit staying on the A217 for Sutton. Pass a petrol garage on left hand side, through a main set of traffic lights, and immediately before the next set of major traffic lights, (Banstead crossroads) take the left filter lane. Turn out of this left filter and immediately get into the right filter lane and turn into Banstead Road. Driving passed Banstead Railway Station, follow the road around the sharp bend and 159 Banstead Road can be found approximately ¾ of a mile on the right-hand side. Please pull onto the drive, as the road can be very busy.

By Train

Banstead Railway Station can be found at the top of Banstead Road, and upon exiting the station, turn left and 159 Banstead Road can be found approximately ¾ of a mile on the right-hand side (around a 15-minute walk)

Alternatively, Sutton or Cheam Railway Stations are each an approximate 10 to 15-minute drive away from 159 Banstead Road, and there are cab stations within easy access of each.
